God bless you for simply refusing to move until the WRONG buckled and moved to give way to the RIGHT you stood so honorably for. By holding fast to the conviction of equality, you taught us all. You did not only stand for black people, but for ALL people. You are among my heroes, dear sister, and I will teach my children by your example.
May God welcome you home this blessed day.

i totally agree. One tired woman, who happened to be black, changed the world.
Ironically, how kids when I was in school fought to be at the back of the bus isn't it.
I remember fighting to get to the back myself ... it meant that you were one of the best - LOL - funny to look back on that.
God Bless and thank you Rosa for changing our world so much. I can only hope my daughter can be as strong of a woman as you.
